1) How do I change my password?

Go into "edit account" and scroll to the bottom of the page. Enter your current password and then enter in your new password and then confirm it and click "edit account".

2) I forgot my password?

On the login page next to the password field there is a forgot password link.

3)I forgot my username?

On the login page, next to the username field, there is a forgot username link.

4)How do I cancel my account?

Please contact us at cravingcash@gmail.com with your username. We will grant any requests for their accounts to be canceled.

Getting Started

1) Does CravingCash cost money?

NO! Being a member of CravingCash.com is completely free. Several of our offers do not require a credit card and you will not be charged a dime under any circumstance.

2) Why didn't I receive credit for an offer? I actually did it!

There are some offers that can credit within minutes of completion. However, there are some that can take days before they credit. Please be patient. Also, remember to check your e-mail as there may have been a confirmation or activation link that you needed to click in order for it to credit.

3) When will I get paid?

Craving Cash members who have reached the minimum payout of $10 can withdraw their money and will be paid within 24 hrs.

Payments will be made by Check or Verified PayPal

3) What is Fraud?

Fraud includes, but is not limited to, the following: using stolen credit cards to complete offers; using false information to complete offers; using information that is not one's own to complete offers and completing the same offer multiple times.
